Liqi Zhu was born in shandong Province, China, in 1995, and received the Bachelor of Engineering degree in Microelectronics Science and Engineering from Qingdao University in 2018. He is working towards his Ph.D degree of Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics at ShanghaiTech University. His research interests focus on the simulation and characterization of infrared avalanche photodiodes.
