Adaptive Deep Brain Stimulation

Deep-Brain Stimulation (DBS) has been an effective treatment for diseases like Epilepsy and Parkingson’s Disease (PD). However, modern DBS treatments usually have only one stimulation mode and are “on” 24/7. In this project, we aim to develop algorithms and systems that can distinguish different patient conditions and deliver the most appropriate therapies to the patients.
