      <description>&lt;p&gt;心脏消融是治疗心律失常的有效手段：医师通过射频能量切断心脏内异常传导路径以终止心动过速。术中医师需在脑中持续可视化并更新对心脏状态的判断，认知负荷高。本方向将心脏电生理形式化到生理模型中，把术中的诊断问题刻画为模型参数辨识与状态估计，并提出基于模型的临床辅助系统：通过“数字孪生”枚举疑似心脏状态，提供更严谨、直观的心电理解，减轻医师在低层推理上的负担，从而提高消融的准确性与效率。&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;CPS 的物理环境变化范围大，保障安全与有效性具有挑战。模型检测广泛用于 CPS 验证，但用户常因不熟悉形式化方法而构建过于具体（无法覆盖环境变化）或过于抽象（反例难以解释）的环境模型。本工作提出与环境领域无关的抽象与精化框架，在覆盖环境行为的同时提供可解释反例，使系统开发者与领域专家无需成为形式化专家也能严谨、有效地使用模型检测；并以汽车领域简单案例展示框架可行性与抽象规则的可靠性。&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;中风康复帮助患者恢复因脑损伤丧失的运动控制。机器人辅助康复可减轻治疗师负担并提高效率。团队基于神经肌肉骨骼模型构建患者数字孪生，利用康复机器人采集的运动轨迹与力信息推断可能的肌肉激活序列，从定性与定量角度评估患者动态与静态运动控制，并据此建议新的运动目标以降低不确定性、提升康复效果。

      <description>&lt;p&gt;植入式心脏器械（如 ICD）在几乎无需人工干预的情况下诊断生理状态并自主治疗。自主性带来及时干预与更好生活质量，也对安全性与有效性提出独特挑战。与其他领域不同，ICD 与人机生理交互，个体差异大、机理复杂，设计阶段无法穷举所有生理情境，因而可能存在“按设计运行却未按意图运行”的罕见情形，导致严重伤害。当前医疗 CPS 的安全评估多依赖昂贵且非穷尽的临床试验。本方向通过生理建模与形式化框架，将形式化方法与基于模型的设计引入医疗 CPS 的安全与有效性分析，提供可解释的、带生理情境的仿真，辅助医学专家判断系统是否按意图工作。&lt;/p&gt;
