摘要
This paper proposes a multi-graph ensemble neural network for predicting synthetic lethality relationships in cancer. By combining graph neural networks with heterogeneous biological knowledge, the model improves prediction performance over prior methods and offers a path toward more interpretable drug-discovery support.
