Beibei Pan was born in Shanghai, China, in 2000, and will receive the degree in New Energy Materials and Devices from East China University of Science and Technology in 2021. She is currently working towards her M.S. degree of Electronics Science and Technology in ShanghaiTech University. Her research interests focus on high speed photodiode.
