May 19, 2023: Our work, entittled "Compensation of Hot Carrier Degradation Enabled by Forward Back Bias in π-GAA π-MOSFET", has been accepted by IEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society. Congrats Yijun!

May 10, 2023: Our collaboration work "Thermal conductivity of high-temperature high-pressure synthesized θ-TaN" with Prof. Bo Sun, from Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS), has been accepted by Applied Physics Letters. Congrats Yijun! We look forward to more collaboration with Prof. Sun on nanoscale heat transport.
