May 10, 2023: Our collaboration work "Thermal conductivity of high-temperature high-pressure synthesized θ-TaN" with Prof. Bo Sun, from Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS), has been accepted by Applied Physics Letters. Congrats Yijun! We look forward to more collaboration with Prof. Sun on nanoscale heat transport.

June 11, 2023: Dr. Yang attended the spintronics forum held by NUS (Chongqing) Research Institute, and got reunioned with his PhD supervisor and group mates!
June 18, 2023: Graduation ceremony for the first batch of SIT lab members: master student Zhenxiao and undergraduate student Jianyang. Both of them will continue pursing higher degrees in USA. Long may the sun shine!

July 16, 2023: PhD student Yijun delivered an oral presentation on "Hot Carrier Degradation in Novel SOI MOSFET Device" at the 24th National Semiconductor Physics Conferenceon. Congrats Yijun!
September 4, 2023: We got the Open Research Fund of China National Key Laboratory of Materials for Integrated Circuits from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology to develop magnetic materials for efficient memory devices. Congrats!
August 1, 2023: We have a visiting PhD student Yuteng Ma from National University of Singapaore. Yuteng will stay with us for the next two years, and work on orbital Hall effect. Welcome Yuteng!

November 22, 2023: Our work, entittled "Evidences of thermoelectrically driven unidirectional magnetoresistance from a single Weyl ferromagnet Co2MnGa", with Prof. Liang Liu from Shanghai Jiaotong University and Prof. Bo Sun from Tsinghua University, has been accepted by APL Materials.
