Janurary 6, 2024: Our work, entittled "Influence of Localized Hot Carrier Degradation in DSOI Device Operating in MOSFET and BJT Modes" with Prof. Xing Wei, from SIMIT, CAS has been accepted by IEEE EDTM 2024. Congrats Yijun!

Janurary 9, 2024: Spin InfoTech Lab was selected as a leading lab for the excellence in environment, health and safety. Thank all the lab members for their hard work and cooperation!

February 29, 2024: Yaqi's and Robin's conference digests have been accepted by INTERMAG 2024. Congrats!
March 5, 2024: Our postdoc alumni Dr. Amit Shukla presented for Yijun in IEEE-EDTM 2024 at Bangalore, India. Unfortunately, we are not able to be on site due to visa issues.

April 30, 2024: Our work, entittled "Layer-dependent magnon-magnon coupling in a synthetic antiferromagnet" with Prof. Fusheng Ma, from Nanjin Normal University has been accepted by Physical Review Applied. Congrats Yaqi!

May 20, 2024: Jialun and Yaqi successfully defended their master theses. Both of them will continue to work as engineer in local microelectronic companies. Congratulations on the big achievements!

May 25, 2024: Dr. Yang delivered a public lecture on the introduction of memory devices at School Affiated to ShanghaiTech. It was a part of the outreach activities during the Shanghai Science and Technology Festival.

June 29, 2024: We had a group gathering to celebrate the graduation of master students Jialun and Yaqi, as well as undergradutes Yunqin and Jiawei (although they choose to stay with us to pursue master degrees). Congrats to both of you!

August 24, 2024: Our funding application for General Program in National Natural Science foundation of China was awarded. We will be engineering the spin orbit torque biased magnetic sensors for the next four years. Congrats!

September 4, 2024: Our collaboration work, entittled "Spin pumping and transport in the Ni80Fe20/Pt/Co asymmetric trilayerInvestigation of Spin-Pumping and Spin Transport in NiFe/Pt/Co" with Prof. Rajdeep Singh Rawat, from NTU, Singapore has been accepted by Physical Review B. Congrats Yaqi and Amit!

November 16, 2024: We participated in National Key R&D Program as Co-PI, developing novel spin current sources in low-symmetry materials for efficient spintronic device applications.
